The messaging program

Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception may send text messages to people who have opted in, about two topics: faith formation classes, schedule changes, and registration; and general parish news.

Families registering for faith formation choose which topics to receive when they opt in, and neither topic is required in order to register. Anyone may also sign up for parish news alone on our text message sign-up page, without registering for a program or creating an account.

Message frequency varies with the program calendar. You should expect up to about 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that, unless you opt back in.

No purchase necessary

Opting in to text messages is never a condition of registering a child for faith formation or of participating in any parish program.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
